I’m sorry to say this, but all of the penultimates have been banned….. they have stopped playing club Penguin forever and they say they will ban their penguins forever as soon as possible. The only remaining CPAE members that actually go on are Pudgehonyer, Basbol22, Tuxedo Bleu, and Graz1, and Floppers07. Other banned CPAE members:

Expanding Our Site

Hey penguins! The CPAE Council has decided that we need to do more than just have wars on Club Penguin, though we will still have just as many if not more in the coming weeks. We are from now on going to try to incororate hints and tips to help out other penguins, just as long as they’re not in the Club Penguin Marines. Ha ha.

We will try to have more details about our leaders in the “Pages” section and also have pictures on our site. Our first “new” post will be about the Tour Guides.

Hey guys, I would just like to say that we hate england and we will bomb them and they dont brush there teeth, its quite true. We hate English people, products, or anything else simply because it is English.
We got our name while we were in the Deep Freeze server, and some British kid said OI! YOU! And naturally, we couldn’t help but laugh, and in our opinion, there is no one funnier than a Brit when they are getting boned in the ass. Everyone I would just like to congratulate Floppers07 on his promotion to Colonel from Cadet. He has been helping CPAE quite a bit these past few weeks, even helped us attack the CPM in Mammoth. He is a very good fighter, and reliable in wars. Especially when he succeeded in attacking Sf1998.

How to Join Anti England

Hey guys, this is just another post on how to join, to become a cadet email pudgehonyer@yahoo.com to become one. If you want to become a Mirado, or a different high ranking member, it helps if you have previous experience in CPAE. If you are new to CPAE but still want to be above cadet, email a good reason why you should be able to.
But please, take note, very few requests to be higher than cadet while you are still new will be accepted.
If you have been in CPAE for a while, you can find Pudgehonyer, Tuxedo Bleu or Basbol22 on Club Penguin or you can email pudgehonyer@yahoo.com to ask for a promotion.
